So I was innocently dozing in the car, thinking random thoughts, such as 'falconry looks fun' and 'gotta reread Count of Monte-Christo', until I screeched to an halt at 'Bruce would one helluva fremen'. Thus was the horrible plotbunny born. Dune/JL crossover. I swear I didn't do it on purpose. Now, I'd rather forget it, but the beast won't let me. Plus, the image of Bruce with all blue eyes is cool. And so is the one of ickle Clark riding giganormous sandworms. And krys fighting. And seeing parallel universes - yay for distortion of prescience. And Alfred as Mentat. And space travel. And the Luthors as the Harkonnen replacement. And spice-induced changes in Clark, in lieu of yellow-sun radiations. And stuff.

When some new ones have hatched and you kick them out of our party, they just have some adorable messages that just make you reconsider your decision (i.e:'Expel? Is expel... good?' <- notice the poor translation, btw xP)... Or that's just me and my brother.

There's that one reincarnation fic of Korso and Cale from Titan AE, taking place maybe two or three centuries after the end of the movie, in which they would be brothers (because I can SO see them teasing and annoying the hell out of each other) and one day decide to GTFO of good ol' boring (New) Earth and get themselves an airship, quite possibly the Valkyrie, and engage in various crazy stunts and explore the universe and stumble on some plot to destroy the human race -again- and Cale (renamed to Leo, due to new life and whatnot) wanting to go and warn everyone and generally saving the day, while Korso (now dubbed Ksar) will decide to first and foremost save his own skin and both will part ways, occasionning much angst (well, I think?..) and Leo will get captured or something equally stupid and then Ksar will think WTH let's go help the kid 'cuz he just won't be able to do anything without me, and they will together prevail. OR SOMETHING. JUST GET WRITTEN ALREADY.
Alternatively, I could just rewrite the end so that everyone gets their happily ever after. 'cept for Preed.
...OR BOTH.
...On a completely unrelated note, I rewatched the Emperor's New Groove this evening. And nearly pissed on myself with laughter EVEN BEFORE THE MOVIE STARTED. Just Kuzco on the root menu dancing and shaking his ass was hilarious. And the first scene, with the llama under the rain and all woez like? Oh gawds.
Also, watched TLK2 for the first time. Not as good as the first, but still not bad. I like some of those songs, mostly He Lives in You and Not One of Us. Y'know, it's kinda like Romeo and Juliet. Except it ends well. But they completely ignored Vitani, while she had some fucking potential. Gah.

I've got too much ideas for fics jumping around in my head, and am completely and utterly incapable of writing them.
Like, there's this weird FFX AU with wolf shapeshifting in which, like, some people can transform into wolves, and it's hereditary and rare, 'cept for the Al Bhed who all can and that's why Yevon's against them cuz it's, like, blasphemy or whatever, and while those who have the ability may not know they have it, they are instinctively drawn to others. So, all the crew ARE shapeshifters, except for Yuna, who despite not being able to shift can still understand them and uh, something. Oh, and DreamZanarkand!Ppl (Tidus, Jecht) can shift, 'cuz they're made of pyreflies or something, and unsent can too. I think.
And I've got those fun mental images of 1. Braska deciding to take a break of pilgrimaging and dressing casually and walking into town incognito with his two 'dogs' (namely, Auron and Jecht) trotting at his heels (well, Auron at his heels, Jecht more like frolicking around), 2. kid!Tidus walking home accompanied by Wolf!Auron, who'd be like, as tall as him, and finally 3. Yuna just sitting under a tree in Macalania Woods, surrounded by her sleeping canine Guardians, and uh.. petting them? (totally ripped off Wolf's Rain, that one...)
